I provide professional, high-grade technology and engineering services including, but not limited to:

All client contracts and custom software deliveries are subject to individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements outlining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

3. Ethical Security & Legal Compliance

Regarding all cybersecurity assessments, penetration testing, and security audits:

• Strict Authorization: Security evaluations are conducted exclusively on targets and domains owned by the client or where explicit, written authorization has been granted.
• Responsible Disclosure: Any discovered vulnerabilities during consulting engagements are reported directly to the client with remediation steps and strictly adhere to responsible disclosure standards.
• No Malicious Intent: Tools, scripts, and software provided are intended solely for legitimate business operations and defense.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in a formal written contract:

• Full ownership and intellectual property rights of custom software, applications, or CRMs built for clients are transferred upon complete settlement of agreed project payments.
• Open-source libraries, frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React), and third-party dependencies remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).
• All original branding, designs, and content featured on this website are protected intellectual property of Rahi Patel.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

The materials on this website are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. While I strive for 100% bug-free and secure implementations, no software is guaranteed to be completely immune to zero-day vulnerabilities or external infrastructure outages. Rahi Patel shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use deliverables beyond the agreed project fees.
